Returns Policy

Beds & Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses & Beds, which have been opened and slept on, cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons). If you wish to test a product(s) that you are unsure of, please keep it sealed in its original packaging and inform beds.ie drivers, that you want the product to remain sealed.You have (7) days to inform beds.ie, if you want the product uplifted. Returning your product(s) will incur a charge of 65 Euros per item and the item will be checked to ensure that it has remained sealed and is still in it's original condition. This charge will be deducted from your refund.

We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a full returns service on faulty goods. If the goods are found to be faulty on delivery, the item(s) should be returned with the driver and reported to beds.ie while the driver is still present. If the item(s) is found to be faulty within one year of purchase, please write to, fax or e-mail us at the contacts below, stating your order reference, nature of the problem and attaching/enclosing clear photographs depicting the problem. We are sorry but Beds.ie are unable to look into such claims if photographic evidence is not supplied. No items may be returned to us without prior agreement. You may cancel your order in writing (email, fax or letter) within seven (7) days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase value. Items that are not stocked by beds.ie including special sizes or colours can only be cancelled if we are able to cancel said item(s) with the manufacturer. There will be no returns made for personalised goods. We (beds.ie) will not be liable for any damage caused to your property or house contents, if due responsibly has been taken by the employees of beds.ie.
