Due to stock levels there may be a time where you might receive both current and new packaging in a delivery if you order more than one product. The product remains the same just in a new box.

This item is available for express delivery. This delivery service is usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days (please place order before 2pm between Monday & Thursday for next day delivery, orders ordered on a Friday will be delivered on Monday) by our appointed carrier who will deliver to your house but cannot deliver to the room of your choice. We require a phone number that you can be contacted on for delivery purposes and that somebody is at the property to sign for the delivery.

What is your guarantee?

• If your protector is for an existing mattress and fails due to materials or manufacturing defect we will replace your protector for a period of up to 12 years from date of purchase.

• If you buy this protector with a new mattress from Beds.ie and in the unlikely event the protector fails and the mattress is stained, we will professionally clean the mattress to the customer's reasonable satisfaction, or if not, we will replace the mattress like for like, or if not available a suitable alternative as well as the protector for a period of up to 12 years.
