It's been finished in a beautiful waxed pine that adds warmth and character to bedframe and allows it to blend effortlessly with a wide range of different colour schemes and it gives the bedframe it's desirable rustic feel. The low headboard has been traditionally slatted to enhance it's classic image and the low foot end opens up the sleeping surface and gives the illusion of a larger space. This frame has a solid slatted base for firmer support, allowing air to circulate beneath the mattress.
