Delivery Service offers a FREE delivery service throughout the island of Ireland.

Our standard delivery service for IN STOCK items is normally 2-10 working days from when you place your order.

In order for us to do this we assign a geographical area to each day which can change from week to week. Once assigned this cannot be changed. Customer’s will be telephoned 2 working days before the scheduled delivery to confirm their delivery date, we cannot give a guaranteed time for delivery but we will give you a window of what time we would expect the delivery to take place, THIS IS A ESIMATED TIMEFRAME AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED due to uncertainty with traffic and unforeseen difficulties, you can request a courtesy call to be made anything up to 20 minutes before the delivery for Dublin runs and up to 1 hour on runs outside of Dublin.

In order for your delivery to be carried out in an efficient manner – it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to prepare noting the following points:
• Designated rooms and associated hallways must be clear in order to facilitate items to reach their intended destination.
• Ensure that goods chosen will fit through doors, up staircases and into the room they are intended. reserve the right to charge for any failed delivery attempts which result in goods having to be brought back to the warehouse will incur a failed delivery attempt of up to €150.

Please do not ask delivery personnel to move your furniture or other belongings as a refusal often offends. Any damage resulting if delivery personnel are forced to move items is not the responsibility of You will be asked to sign a disclaimer to illustrate your understanding of this point.

All goods must be inspected at time of delivery, as claims for damages will not be accepted after.

Someone must be available at time for delivery and be able to sign for goods.

Advise the sales person if the intended driveway will not support a lorry or will cause difficulty – e.g. Lightweight manhole covers, low trees, room to turn, narrow driveways etc. This must be clearly documented on invoice.

Goods will not be delivered until payment has been cleared. For Klarna payments, delivery will be dispatched as normal - i.e. once the first payment has been cleared and when item is in stock.

Payment if by cheque must be paid 2 weeks before delivery, and therefore cleared. Delivery personnel can take credit card payments via telephone to base - during normal office hours. They cannot take cheques.

Collecting an item that has been delivered to you is chargeable dependent upon location. Our Free Delivery Service does not include collecting items and in some cases returning goods can incur a charge if we have used an outside transport company for the first delivery.

For Urgent deliveries for which you require an exact time of delivery, there is a minimum 100 Euro charge and a surcharge of 1 Euro per mile to the destination.

Availability/ Stock Status

All our products show their stock availability. Any product that has the availability of “IN STOCK” means that it is in our warehouse and available for delivery the next time we are in your area.

If the availability shows a number of weeks, this means we don’t have it in our warehouse and need the time shown to get the product from the relevant supplier before we would be able to deliver.

This is an estimated time and would be accurate to the best information we have (all availabilities do not include any holidays or days in which the supplier is closed). If this dose change, we will endeavour to notify you.

Assembly Service

We are pleased to offer an Assembly service.

This service is offered if the following terms and conditions are agreed to:
• This service can only be offered in conjunction with an order of new product from
• Divan beds can be installed and built and headboards attached as appropriate at no extra charge– clear instruction must be given to personnel prior to delivery and preferably in writing in order for this to take place. Someone must be in the house to give clear instructions to the Delivery men for the bed to be installed in the right room or this could mean that the bed will be left un-assembled.
• Bed-frames, Bunk Beds, Wardrobes and any other furniture which requires assembly will be delivered on a pre-arranged day to the room of your choice. These goods can be assembled and all packaging will be taken away by our professional delivery personnel. If you wish to take advantage of this chargeable service you will find the assembly price for each item stated on each product page.
• Designated room must be clear in order to facilitate assembly service, with plenty of room for our assembly team to work and they will take any packaging from the items ordered away for disposal.

If you do not select this service when you place your original order, and then decide that you would like it, please contact us and we will endeavour to arrange this service and take payment.

Please note that as a safety precaution, we advise that you the customer affix free standing furniture to walls upon delivery to avoid toppling. Some wardrobes and chest of drawers will come with fittings, for those that don’t such fittings are easily accessible at your local hardware store or online. Please note that our delivery personnel cannot fit such mechanisms and that we do not assume any liability should accidents occur.

Removal Service

We are pleased to offer an Old Bed Removal service. This service involves the removal and disposal of your old bed in an environmentally friendly manner.

This service is offered if the following terms and conditions are agreed to:
• This service can only be offered in conjunction with an order of new product from
• The old product/products must be disassembled, downstairs and on the ground floor of the delivery address ready for the driver to take away.
• The delivery men have the right to refuse collection of any old product if deemed to be dirty/ soiled/ dangerous/ wet, we would refund the fee back to you if the collection is not completed.
• We advise that you do not to leave the old product outside as this can cause damage to your product, you may still need your old product in case, due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery men do not reach you on the day.

Please select the correct option as any differential from this could mean collection would be cancelled and refunded, personnel reserve the right to refuse the collection on day of delivery if the correct option is not selected this cannot be ratified after the drivers have left the premises.

Express Delivery

We will deliver accessories such as duvets, pillows etc. with any large purchase free of charge. When smaller items are bought individually a small delivery surcharge can apply. If you have any queries about the surcharge, please contact us before making your purchase to find out what the charge will be. In order to speed up such deliveries – these deliveries may be carried out by a courier company and as such we cannot guarantee a date or time of delivery.

This delivery service is usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days from when you placed your order (all express deliveries do not include any holidays or days in which the courier is closed). All goods delivered by carrier company cannot avail of our Assembly, Old Bed Removal or packaging taken away services.

Stock Policy

The estimated date that stock will arrive into our warehouse is approximate and is not a set date. The date is quoted using all the information at our disposal and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, products can become delayed. In such cases, cannot be held liable and will endeavour to gain access to the stock as soon as possible.

Goods can only be held in storage with prearranged agreement with personnel and must be paid for in full. Any extension to this must be clearly stated on the sales order and agreed at the time of purchase. If storage is required by the customer for a longer period this can be arranged at a charge and will not be responsible for damages or deterioration while in storage.
