This service is offered if the following terms are agreed to:

• This service can only be offered in conjunction with an order of new product from Beds.ie.
• The old product/products must be disassembled, downstairs and on the ground floor of the delivery address ready for the driver to take away.
• The delivery men have the right to refuse collection of any old product if deemed to be dirty/ soiled/ dangerous/ wet, we would refund the fee back to you if the collection is not completed.
• We advise that you do not to leave the old product outside as this can cause damage to your product, you may still need your old product in case, due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery men do not reach you on the day.

Please select the correct option as any differential from this could mean collection would be cancelled and refunded, Beds.ie personnel reserve the right to refuse the collection on day of delivery if the correct option is not selected this cannot be ratified after the drivers have left the premises.
