It has a tall headboard that features a simple linear design that adds a touch of style without adding too much and a matching foot end, perfect for those prefer a more minimalist décor choice. The base features solid wooden slats for supreme mattress support and prolonged life. Additionally, this bed will also come with a side-opening ottoman base that is ideal for storing your linen, blankets, clothing or occasional pillows. The base lifts using gas powered pistons to make the bed lift with ease. This ottoman comes with a floating base for storage made from a light wood. To get the best out of your ottoman we recommend that light weights only be put onto this floor to avoid damage. In-line with these guidelines we highly recommend you purchase a Hard Floor Anti-Slip Kit with any bedframe purchased!! Please Note: A Hard Floor Anti-Slip Kit consists of small rubber and felt pads that need to be attached to the bottom of each bed leg – including centre support legs – to ensure there is no movement on hard floors (any floor that does not have a carpet/rug covering) leading to any damage of the purchased bedframe.
